One to One

Everyone can practice Tai Chi or Yoga—regardless if you think you are not flexible or in shape. Sessions are designed for your individual body and personally created to benefit work and lifestyle.

Karen provides on-site Tai Chi and Yoga instruction either in your home or office at times that are convenient for you. Classes can be taught in conference rooms or corporate wellness centers during lunch, before and after work. Sessions last for one hour and a minimum of two sessions per week are recommended for optimal results. Tai Chi and Yoga can be practiced in small spaces, at your desk and in most work clothes.
