One to One

Everyone can practice yoga or tai chi—regardless if you think you are not flexible or in shape. Sessions are designed for your individual body and personally created to benefit work and lifestyle.

Yoga One to One provides on-site, private yoga instruction either in your home or office at times that are convenient for you. Classes can be taught in conference rooms or corporate wellness centers during lunch, before and after work. Sessions last for one hour and a minimum of two sessions per week are recommended for optimal results. Yoga can be practiced in small spaces, at your desk and in most work clothes. All yoga materials will be provided.

Tai Chi promotes healing, stress management, increased memory and concentration. This is a simple and safe moving meditation.
